- Failed Unit Analysis: Conduct initial analysis of failed units to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Drawing and Document Support: Provide assistance with drawing, deviation, and ECO (Engineering Change Order) support.
- Product Validation Coordination: Coordinate product validation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, both as a leader and a team member.
- Technical Knowledge: Excellent theoretical and applied knowledge of design and mechanical engineering concepts.
- Organizational Skills: Effective at handling multiple priorities and tasks, with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Industry Experience: Experience working with irrigation products or industry.
- Welding Processes: Experience with ultrasonic welding processes of plastics components.
- CAD/CAE Tools: Working knowledge of CAD/CAE engineering tools.
