Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is a leading organization in the industry, seeking an Occupational Health Specialist to spearhead our site's Occupational Health Management System.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a seasoned Occupational Health Doctor with expertise in implementing and sustaining occupational health programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial hygiene, ergonomics, and leadership roles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and maintaining our Occupational Health Management System, aligned to Eaton's MESH System and compliant with applicable regulations.
  • Developing and executing wellness and preventive health programs to engage employees.
  • Coordinating support to operations with 3rd party medical services.
  • Leading our Ergonomics Committee and conducting regular assessments.
  • Maintaining Industrial Hygiene Exposure Assessments and Controls.
  • Ensuring compliance with SSA, STPS, IMSS, and other applicable regulations.
  • Conducting Health Risk Assessments and updating our Occupational Health Program.
  • Improving leading and lagging metrics through strategic projects.

**Qualifications:**

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Medicine, specializing in Occupational Health.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Expertise in industrial hygiene and ergonomics.

**Requirements:**

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Mid-management experience.
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish).

**Salary Estimate:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
