Discover how you can make a difference in this position:
- Providing exceptional service to our Premium Card Members in the United States by curating unforgettable travel experiences.
- Researching, planning, and executing tailored travel itineraries, including booking domestic and international flights, car rentals, and hotel accommodations.
- Effectively communicating new and existing product offerings and value propositions relevant to the Card Member.
Essential Qualifications
- Card Members will be located in the United States, and all interactions will be conducted in English.
- Proven ability to deliver premium customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Basic geographical knowledge with the capability to identify travel destinations worldwide.
- Naturally bilingual communicator with strong active listening skills, able to adapt conversations to fit the situation and the Card Members' communication preferences.
- Proficient in computer usage and able to navigate various applications.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, as we provide service to our Card Members 24/7.
