We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team at Linkeazi. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of our manufacturing sector.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide support in recruitment planning.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for our manufacturing roles.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Recruiter in the manufacturing sector or related field.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Strong technical knowledge of the manufacturing field, including industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
