HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Puratos in Mérida, Mexico. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our organization.

• Recruitment and selection of administrative, operational, and farmers personnel, ensuring timely coverage of positions.
• Collaborate with the Compensation management team to implement budgeted benefits and administer employee programs.
• Develop and implement engagement projects and communication campaigns to enhance employee experience and satisfaction.
• Administer and control headcount and monthly/annual turnover, establishing initiatives to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
• Deliver payroll-related information to the Puratos de Mexico payroll team in a timely and accurate manner.
• Contribute to the development of annual budgets for salaries, benefits, training, events, and other HR-related expenses.
• Support the Human Resources Director in succession planning and personnel development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with the area's expense budget and maintain accurate records.
• Update job descriptions and develop new ones as required to reflect changing business needs.
• Manage personnel information using the SuccessFactor tool.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on working conditions and benefits.
• Manage local suppliers to secure favorable agreements for employees.
• Responsible for maintaining physical and virtual employee files.
• Update training matrices and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Collaborate with Comercializadora managers and national HR to achieve company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with global HR policies and Mexican laws.
• Manage the performance appraisal cycle and support employees in achieving their individual development plans.
• Support Puratos recruiting initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand in Merida.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• English as a Second Language proficiency.
