**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team at Autoliv Mexico. As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce human intervention.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Design and develop automated systems to optimize manufacturing processes

• Implement and monitor automated technology to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and implement solutions

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for automated systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or similar) or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation engineering or a related field

• Proficient in MS Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with PLC programming and sensors

• Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
