Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our autonomous agile software development team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products by advocating and applying modern testing principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Advocate and apply modern testing principles in the team and across the organization
- Test and automate the testing of systems built using microservices architecture and web/mobile technologies
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize testing efforts
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts
- Identify and report defects, and work with the development team to resolve them
Requirements
- Understanding of agile software development life-cycle
- Experience testing software professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Curious mindset with a systematic approach to work
- Experience with programming/scripting (nice to have)
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies (nice to have)
