About the Role

The Business Systems Analyst, Core AI & Data Platforms will facilitate the build and operation of the centralized Core AI & Data platforms by managing the product and software development, ensuring that teams follow Agile practices and work towards increasing the team efficiency.

The Lead Business Analyst, Core AI & Data Platforms is expected to be an expert in Agile methodology while setting up and streamlining Boards, sprint planning and capturing metrics to continue to drive process improvements.

About You

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in project management, agile team coordination, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge and experience with project management tools and agile boards, particularly ADO.
  • Wide range of skills, from Scrum Master.
  • Basic knowledge of software lifecycle; is capable of capturing requirements and facilitating the delivery of product and software features according to plan, raising risks as needed and ensuring a good team health and culture.
  • Be skilled in creating presentations and clearly and simply explaining complex features.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
