Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Prodensa. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling production logistics, allocating resources, and formulating warehouse work plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise material management teams to implement daily clearing and closing of warehouse and material issue operations, ensuring accurate accounting.
- Organize inventory and submit data to finance and other relevant departments on a regular basis.
- Review and revise the workflow and management system of the warehouse department.
- Supervise and manage warehouse and shipping and receiving areas, ensuring 5S implementation and visual management.
- Communicate with other departments and coordinate working relationships between warehouse and various departments.
- Ensure quality control and standardized operations management of all aspects of the warehouse shop.
Requirements
- 4 years minimum experience in a similar position in an automotive company.
- Conversational English level (able to converse with Chinese staff).
- Experience in warehouse management and logistics personnel.
- Good handling of SAP.
- Analysis, problem-solving, good communication skills, responsibility, and accountability.
