Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our public areas.

About You

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be expected to:

  • Clean public and employee restrooms and showers with attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Ensure all surfaces, including glass, floors, and dusted areas, are clean and well-maintained
  • Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns into designated bins
  • Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly to ensure seamless operations
  • Respond to guest requests and provide exceptional service
  • Assist other departments as needed to maintain the smooth operation of the hotel

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic English language proficiency
