Fm Global Claims Latin America Operations seeks an experienced **Claims Adjuster** for a challenging office-based position in Monterrey.

This role requires in-office presence and occasional international/domestic travel based on business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of claims handling, loss mitigation, and salvage techniques. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish are essential, with Portuguese being a plus.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled **Adjuster** to investigate, resolve, and settle complex claims within their assigned authority. The successful candidate will provide direction and assistance to clients with loss mitigation, salvage, restoration of production, and claims preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve claims within assigned authority.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients with loss mitigation and salvage.
  • Negotiate with insured parties to reach equitable settlements.
  • Manage internal and external consultants as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry handling complex commercial property losses.
  • Experience as a field adjuster is highly desirable.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
