Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Electronics Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara - La Tijera. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for supporting projects in production, providing diagnostics on production line failures, and participating in corrective and preventive actions.
Responsibilities- Analyze process failures to detect problems in a timely manner and raise First Pass Yield (FPY) to avoid customer failures.
- Perform Layered Audits (Layered Process Audit) covering various topics such as SPC, checklists, records, maintenance, etc.
- Capture and archive reports from different quality databases and present results at project meetings.
- Participate in Jidoka event analysis and execute line cuts in the production plant.
- Coordinate containment actions and validate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics or related field with 2-3 years of experience in the Electronic Industry.
- Domain knowledge of Quality Tools MSA/MCA, PCA, SPC, and IPC 610.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible and committed with schedule availability.
The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
