Technical Support Representative

As a Technical Support Representative at Siteline Technologies, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals by supporting a fundamental part of our business. Working closely with the customer success team, you will assist customers in transforming PDF forms into customer fillable forms using our internal tool. This role offers the opportunity to build foundational skills for customer success while contributing to our mission of delivering value to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Build forms using an internal tool to transform PDF forms into customer fillable forms.
2. Ensure precise alignment and sizing of fonts to maintain consistency and quality.
3. Work efficiently with PDFs and Excel to optimize form creation and processing.
**Requirements:**
1. Strong math skills, persistence, and attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication skills and fast learner.
3. Highly motivated, results-driven, competitive, resilient, and fearless.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
1. Availability in US Time zones (ET to PT)
2. Previous experience in a SaaS company is advantageous
3. Experience in building forms is highly desirable
