We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Nurse Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team in the United States. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Patient Assessment and Triage: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions and provide timely interventions to ensure optimal care.
  • Emergency Intervention: Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Patient Education: Develop and implement personalized education plans to empower patients with the knowledge and skills necessary for self-care and management of their conditions.
  • Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients' rights and interests, ensuring that their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices, promoting seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff in the event of an emergency.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies, to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of strategies to enhance patient care and organizational performance.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in ICU, ER, Labor & Delivery, MedSurg, Rehab, or related fields.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Canadian work authorization.
  • Must have taken and passed the N-CLEX/TOEFL exam (valid certificate will be requested).
