About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX designer with a strong background in cloud-native design principles and experience working with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and responsive design techniques.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements.
- Design and develop user interfaces and user experiences for cloud-native applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize redesigned user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain a design system and style guide to ensure consistency across migrated applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Optimize user interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and compatibility with Google Cloud Platform services.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs into applications.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects for application migration or cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design.
We offer a competitive salary range of MXN 741,000 - MXN 871,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and pharmacy coverage, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), health savings account, flexible spending account, life insurance, pet insurance, short-term and long-term disability, accident and critical illness coverage, prepaid legal and ID theft protection, sick time, and other types of paid leaves as required by law.
