Job Summary
Solvo is seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and manage insurance claims, ensuring prompt and accurate handling of assigned cases.
- Obtain and review essential evidence, including traffic and police reports, medical records, and client intake documents.
- Coordinate clients' medical treatments, including collecting and organizing medical records and bills.
- Engage with clients regularly to provide updates and support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Open Medi-Cal and Medi-Care claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in case management, litigation, and/or project management.
- Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with case management software, Clio, is highly desirable.
