Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Specialist to join our team at Autoliv Mexico. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, controlling, and improving our environmental, safety, and health requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate health and safety risks
- Provide technical coaching and support to employees throughout the organization as needed
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with legal entities and requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential hazards and risks
- Develop and deliver training programs for new hires, including suppliers and outsourcers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, handling risk management, legal requirements, and health and safety compliance
- Intermediate-level English skills or above
