Estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Director to lead our internal quality improvements and customer quality reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the activities of the Quality Management System and leading a team of quality assurance professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all assigned quality assurance team members while reporting team successes and opportunities to the Director of Quality Assurance and Development.
  • Responsible for the sharing and implementation of best practices across all business units.
  • Responsible for time management and operational support.
  • Manages and produces Quality Assurance measures and metrics which report any trends or process improvement opportunities for each project.
  • Manages the training and other required activities for the department.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree (Bachelors) or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
  • Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.
