Nurse Practitioner

This is a unique opportunity to join OneSpaWorld as a Shipboard Nurse, working on a cruise ship to provide exceptional medical spa services to our guests.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse to join our team as a Shipboard Nurse. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for administering intravenous therapies and nutrient injections to our guests, promoting our services to meet revenue targets, and working closely with our Spa Manager.

• Administer intravenous therapies and nutrient injections to guests
• Promote spa services to meet revenue targets
• Work closely with Spa Manager to ensure seamless operations
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Conduct patient follow-up as required
• Be flexible with scheduling to support spa and guest needs
• Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product/supplies to assist with cost control
• Follow service pricing policy set by OneSpaWorld
• Cross-promote other spa services
• Uphold standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by ship and company policy and procedure
• Manage medical product and supply inventory
• Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention
• Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment

• Completed Nurse education and hold a Nurse degree from a recognized college or university
• Hold a current valid Nurse license
• Comfortable with giving presentations/speaking in front of large groups
• Fluency in English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work without direct supervision and actively promote services to guests
• Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to give an effective presentation as it relates to medi-spa services
• Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Team player
