Main Responsibilities

The Senior Operations Support Specialist will focus on delivering operations support services, including record maintenance, storage and retrieval, account maintenance, imaging, and account opening. This role will also involve serving as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients.

Key Objectives

  • Provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
  • Update help content for Knowledge Hub end-users to service client inquiries.
  • Execute work assignments, including annual review certification and change requests.
  • Assist with content approval and conduct needs assessments to update content or develop related solutions.
  • Research and provide solutions to inquiries on help content and other open items related to business.
  • Monitor work progression to ensure completion of assignments by due date.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Proven organization and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
