About the Role

This Supply Chain Coordinator position is responsible for facilitating the flow of goods and services from supplier to customer.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and managing the procurement process from requisition to contract initiation.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely delivery, purchase price variance, and inventory management.
  • Developing and documenting audit procedures and plans to ensure compliance to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Evaluating supplier performance and helping drive performance improvements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two to four years relevant experience in supply chain management.
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier management.
  • Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

You will also have a strong understanding of SCM policies, procedures, and ISO standards.
