- Documentation Management: Integrate air import files with vital documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and air waybills, and maintain digital and physical files.
- Inventory Control: Review warehouse material receipts to integrate tools and equipment into inventory control catalogs.
- Customs Clearance: Send data, including commercial invoices and letters of instruction, to authorized customs brokers, carriers, and customers.
- Declaration Review: Review customs declaration proformas with operation information to ensure accuracy.
- File Management: Maintain paid customs declarations and M files by operation to upload to Annex 24 inventory control system.
- Delivery and Reporting: Deliver complete physical and digital files on a timely basis.
- Quality and Safety: Adhere to established quality system norms, C-TPAT, and health and safety regulations.
- System Updates: Ensure updating of movements in company-defined systems under strict operation criteria.
Requirements:
- Education: International Trade/Logistics degree
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Language: English language proficiency of 80%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 year of experience in customs agency or foreign trade areas
