**Job Summary**

As a key member of the Fastenal Mexico team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Logistics team in Export Shipments and processing payments for carriers and customs brokers. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support solutions to stores to comply with customs regulations and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to branches across Mexico.
  • Advise sales staff on logistics inquiries and maintain regular contact with branches to understand their needs and identify business opportunities.
  • Monitor export shipments door-to-door and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare proper documentation for customs clearance and work with customs brokers to export merchandise.
  • Prepare daily Excel tracker reports to maintain KPIs and deliver monthly reports of operations.

**Requirements**

  • Superb analytical capacity and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills with a drive to resolve issues.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Possess a current full valid driver's license.
  • Possess at least 1 year of Logistics or Compliance work experience.
  • Possess a degree in International Trade Compliance, International Business, or relevant field.
  • Knowledge in IMMEX decree, VAT certification, OEA, and Incoterms.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
