Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description: As an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist at Jabil, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of EHS programs, procedures, and policies at our site. This includes completing safety statistics, accident reporting, and recommending corrective action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of EHS programs and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Analyze and report on safety statistics and trends
- Develop and deliver training programs on EHS topics
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in EHS roles
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
