Job Summary
The Supply Chain and S&OP Excellence Project Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and driving continuous improvement projects within the Supply Chain functions (S&OP, Raw Material Planning, Warehouse, Distribution) across all sites and franchises, including China Business Unit. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Identification and Management: Identify improvement activities, manage projects from design to implementation, and ensure timely delivery of project goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance Supply Chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Management, or Supply Chain.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a multi-national setup within Supply Chain (operations or project management role) or consulting/business analyst background.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (both oral and written). Spanish is a plus.
- Skills: Strong track record in delivering change trajectories, process improvement trajectories, and continuous improvement projects. Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization. Ability to analyze data and present in a structured and concise way to drive decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Experience with SAP ECC and SAP IBP is a plus. Understanding of financials and impacts to company performance is also a plus.
