Job Summary
Conduent De Mexico S.A. De C.V. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Services Specialist to join our team. As an Accounting Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance in our organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute financial reporting activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, verifying accurate GL balances and ensuring proper and relevant support documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and relevant regulatory requirements (such as IFRS, SOX/ICFR).
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial reporting function.
- Perform analytical reviews on specific P/L accounts.
- Support the external auditors' mission.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting, financial reporting, and R2R processes.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft standard tools (Excel).
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Fluent Spanish; English is a must to have.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A spirit of initiative and autonomy.
- A sense of rigor and organization.
- Good communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across different functions.
