Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production plans to ensure optimum utilization of resources through Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
  • Exceed customer expectations by anticipating their needs and delivering 100% of orders on time.
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for assigned areas based on customer orders using the exception report tool, daily rates, Overhead vs. Min-Max, and Heijunka.
  • Develop and monitor the Heijunka system of production lines to optimize workflow.
  • Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple manufacturing lines.
  • Meet Minimum-Maximum (Min-Max) inventory policy levels.
  • Manage customer portals and score returnable containers in and out of logistics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language skills.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Production Control and Logistics, preferably in transportation and material flow concepts.
  • Ability to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.
  • Quick learner, motivated self-starter with excellent oral communication skills.
