We are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Junior Analyst to join our team at Elanco. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the FP&A area by tracking pricing performance through analysis and ensuring accurate prices in SAP.
As an FP&A Junior Analyst, you will work closely with the Senior Analyst and Finance Manager to drive the company's budget goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Senior Analyst and Finance Manager in pricing forecasting consolidation
- Supporting new launch products business cases and pricing requests for all regions
- Ensuring compliance with global policies on pricing Sox controls and process documentations
- Preparing monthly financial analyses and collecting main pricing drivers for comparisons (actual vs previous year, actual vs budget, actual vs forecast)
For this role, we require a professional with experience in business administration, industrial engineering, or related careers. You should have minimum 1 year of experience in similar jobs, preferably in pricing, rebates, and sales. Strong Excel skills, particularly in SAP, are essential. English proficiency is required, with a minimum level of 60%.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary, estimated to be around $55,000 per year, considering the location and industry standards.
