About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our campus market growth in LATAM. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for acquiring new campus licenses, making medical students aware of AMBOSS, and networking with key stakeholders to convince them about the value proposition of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outreach and engagement with new universities in LATAM to promote AMBOSS
  • Building a strong pipeline of new opportunities and partnerships
  • Participating in local conferences and events to showcase AMBOSS
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at universities
  • Coordinating sales and pricing strategies for respective deals with the Head of B2B
  • Preparing and negotiating offers according to AMBOSS latest pricing strategy
  • Generating new business from the University campus market
  • Staying up-to-date on trends in academic and clinical medicine and EdTech for the region
Requirements
  • Healthcare sales experience in LATAM, preferably in university sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ideal: existing network within the university market
  • Solution sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • Native level of Spanish language
  • Good level of English skills
