Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement production engineering inputs to development projects, ensuring compliance with SubSurface governance.
- Participate in framing sessions, peer assists, and project reviews to optimize production performance.
- Design and optimize well performance through nodal analysis, tubing size selection, and sandface completions screening.
- Support DST operations for offshore wells, including well test design and interpretation.
- Contribute to integrated modeling projects, providing production engineering input and expertise.
- Design and optimize artificial lift systems for onshore and offshore fields.
- Analyze and optimize oil and gas gathering systems to minimize debottlenecks.
- Develop surveillance plans to optimize well productivity and prevent flow assurance issues.
- Collaborate with facilities teams to minimize flow assurance problems.
- Over 10 years of experience in oil and gas operations, with a focus on production optimization.
- Working knowledge of petroleum engineering subjects, including nodal analysis and integrated production modeling.
- Experience with artificial lift design and optimization methods, including gas lift and ESP.
- Strong competencies in integrated production modeling tools, such as Petex suite and Pipesim.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies for inflow and outflow optimization, stimulation, and enhanced well treatment techniques.
- Previous experience in both offshore and onshore projects.
- Proficient in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
