Job Summary

As a seasoned IT Project Manager, you will oversee the design, deployment, and delivery of medium-complexity projects, providing innovative IT solutions that meet business requirements.

With a focus on stakeholder engagement and project governance, you will direct project teams, maintain control of progress, quality, and budget, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

You will also be responsible for setting up and running project-related meetings, maintaining records of actions, decisions, issues, and risks, and serving as the primary point of contact for project-related escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from initiation to transition to operations, performing scrum master roles in Agile IT products.
  • Monitor and control project execution, establish project governance, handle risks and issues, and ensure effective use of resources and project management methods, tools, and practices.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to meet desired business objectives.
  • Support the provision of services that contribute to managing the enterprise IT project portfolio, including development and implementation of project management standards and training, portfolio reporting and analytics, project management resourcing services, etc.
  • Provide transparent and accurate project reporting, including overall project performance and project documentation completion.
  • Own project status, issues, and risks through appropriate channels/tools and ensure that these are reported back to agreed project governance (e.g., Steering Committee) with focus on required actions, ownership, and risk management.
  • Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope.
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams, TT Functions, and Domains in the organization, as well as strategic suppliers providing services to the project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in IT full-cycle Project Management.
  • Organizing, planning, analyzing stakeholder requirements.
  • Change management experience, developing and delivering presentations, aligning people and resources, and managing across functions and boundaries.
  • Problem-solving, budget management, and timely decision-making experience.
  • Regulatory Strategy mindset and high-quality, financial, and management reporting with stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, project excellence, and change management experience.
  • English fluency.
