Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Queretaro, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing material flow strategies, creating logistics plans, and collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Leadership: Manage work teams responsible for purchasing, logistics, planning, customer service, and warehouse operations.
  • Purchasing and Logistics: Define purchasing budgets, collaborate with vendors, and develop strategies to avoid service disruptions.
  • Customer Service and Satisfaction: Supervise customer service activities to ensure customer satisfaction and contractual obligations are met.
  • Inventory Management: Develop effective inventory management strategies to minimize production risk and maximize inventory turns.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop effective communication and collaboration with transportation and logistics vendors.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with import/export agreements and regulations.
  • Employee Development: Foster a culture of employee development, motivation, and professional growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in purchasing, logistics, planning, customer service, or warehouse operations.
  • Skills: Fluency in English, people management, negotiation, and willingness to work in a team of different cultures.
