Job Description

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Telecom Consultant to join our team as an Oracle OSM Developer.

Job Type: Permanent
Duration: Full-Time employee with Innova Solutions.
Location: Remote (Mexico)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, design, and implement new OSM cartridges to meet specific business needs.
  • Provide comprehensive support for Oracle OSM operations, including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and configuration.
  • Develop and enhance existing OSM functionalities to optimize performance and support new features.
  • Analyze log files, review solution cartridges, and resolve issues such as stuck orders, amendments, and XQuery errors, identifying root causes and recommending effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to analyze and resolve issues in a live production environment.
Requirements:
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in the telecom domain.
  • Over 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle OSM implementation.
  • Participation in multiple OSM projects with integrations to CRM, billing, inventory management, workforce management, and activation systems.
  • Strong implementation skills in OSM, including orchestration, data dictionary, order modeling, decomposition, fulfillment patterns, workflows, order change management, OSM administrator client, design studio cartridge modeling, and integration with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle RODOD and RSDOD solutions.
  • Familiarity with TMF and eTOM processes.
  • Experience in WebLogic Administration.
  • Proficient in UNIX/LINUX environments and shell scripting.
  • Ability to analyze OSM and WebLogic server logs, providing system integration support and tuning of WebLogic and OSM applications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of OSS domains including wireless, cable, DSL, VoIP, pots, and IPTV.
  • Played a developer or technical lead role in at least two OSM implementations.
  • Worked with SOA, AIA, and PIPS in the communications industry, including O2A cartridges.
  • Experience in both standalone and high availability (HA) cluster installations of OSM.
  • Good skill in JAVA, J2EE, SOAP, HTTP, SSH, TCP/IP, TELNET, CORBA, RMI, LDAP, JMS, SSL, SNMP, SQL, XSLT, XQUERY, XML, Drools, WebLogic Administration, Bridging and SAF configurations, Oracle RDBMS, PLSQL programming.

  • Availability throughout the entire working hours.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.

Pay Range and Benefits: Pay Range*: 724,000 MXN – 851,000 MXN Per Year

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
