We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to join our IT team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our computer systems, networks, and servers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Maintain and support computer systems, networks, and servers, ensuring high uptime and performance

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software-related

• Implement and manage network security measures to protect against cyber threats

• Collaborate with the team to design and implement new infrastructure solutions

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to internal requests and resolving issues efficiently

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our infrastructure

**Requirements**:

• 2+ years of experience in maintaining computer systems, networks, and servers

• Strong knowledge of MS Windows OS, as well as basic knowledge of macOS and Linux

• Confident understanding of network technologies, including AD, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, FTP, proxy, TCP/IP, STP, VLAN, RADIUS, switches, and group policies

• Administration skills of Windows Server 2012/2016 and server roles

• Administration skills of monitoring, backup, CCTV, and Wi-Fi systems

• Excellent understanding of computer hardware and software

• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and Internet resources

• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal customers

• Initiative, teamwork, ability, and desire to work in a multitasking mode

**Nice to Have**:

• Experience with Office 365 & AzureAD

• Experience with VMWare ESXi, VMware Vsphere

• Experience with PowerShell, bash

• Experience with DELL Servers, Firewalls (SonicWALL & Palo Alto), Managed Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware/Endpoint, ManageEngine Endpoint Central

• Experience with Vulnerability Resolution across Windows/Firewalls/Switches

• Experience with SCCM

• Spoken and written English (Pre-Intermediate or higher)
