Givaudan, a global leader in the fragrance and flavor industry, is seeking an experienced Operational Technology & Automation Project Manager to lead our digital transformation journey in the Americas region.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing our operational technology landscape, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance industrial efficiency. Your expertise will be instrumental in deploying Givaudan's IT/OT standards, governance models, and processes across our sites in the Americas.
You will work closely with our global team, including IT, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and EHS, to provide operational technology expertise and ensure seamless integration of automation solutions. Your knowledge of state-of-the-art automation systems and experience managing PLCs, HMI software, and DCS Systems will be invaluable in this role.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in Automation Engineering or Electronics, who can partner with our local teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and Improve Operational Technology Landscape: Evaluate our current OT infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance industrial efficiency.
- Deploy IT/OT Standards and Governance Models: Implement Givaudan's IT/OT standards, governance models, and processes across our sites in the Americas.
- Manage Automation Projects: Oversee the deployment of automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our business strategy.
- Coach and Mentor Local Teams: Provide guidance and support to our local teams to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
