Job Summary
A front-line marketing representative, who qualifies leads, provides guest service and generates tour flow by performing the following duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and provide guest service to ensure a positive experience for all resort guests and members.
- Generate tour flow by performing duties such as providing information about the region, inspiring confidence in the Company, and creating curiosity about the vacation club.
- Complete administrative work behind booking, manifesting, and confirming each sales presentation.
- Attend all mandatory meetings and training, and complete special projects as assigned by Marketing Supervisor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing.
- Bilingual, ability to speak English and Spanish, fluently.
- Demonstrate an ability to deliver high level of customer service in all situations.
- Demonstrate the ability to build and develop strong work and guest relationships.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, prepares and reviews written documents accurately and completely, and answers telephones using clear and professional language.
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others, supports team to reach common goals, and listens and responds appropriately to the concerns of others.
- Stands, sits, or walks for extended periods or for an entire work shift. Ability to climb stairs.
- Moves, lifts, carries, pushes, pulls, and places objects weighing less than or equal to 35 pounds without assistance.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
