About the Role
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of operators to achieve manufacturing excellence. This includes optimizing day-to-day operations, monitoring and controlling key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring that all products meet or exceed quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of operators to achieve manufacturing excellence
- Optimize day-to-day operations to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and control KPIs, including safety, quality, scrap, schedule accomplishment, productivity, absenteeism, and quality
- Ensure that all products meet or exceed quality expectations
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Fluent English - advanced
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in fast-paced automated assembly or bearing assembly
- Availability to work 3 shifts and relocate to the option park in San José Iturbide
