**About the Role**

The Supply Chain Management Leader will lead the development and implementation of the SCM strategy for the plant in Reynosa, Mexico, to facilitate the cost-effective flow of merchandise from suppliers to customers. This role will be responsible for:

  • Planning (Production, Supply/Demand Planning)
  • Purchasing (MRP Controlling, Indirect Materials)
  • Logistics (Warehousing, Transportation)

The Supply Chain Management Leader leads the organization's purchasing activities to minimize purchasing costs without compromising quality and reliability of supply. In addition, this role is responsible for the optimization of the Logistics Management functions for both raw materials and finished products. The Supply Chain Management Leader is the Business Partner to Sales to ensure customers' demands are properly managed and converted into production planning and successful deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement SCM strategy to drive cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency
  • Lead purchasing activities to minimize costs without compromising quality and reliability
  • Optimize Logistics Management functions for raw materials and finished products
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure customer demands are properly managed and converted into production planning and successful deliveries
