Sales Operations RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Aruba, working closely with our Inside Distribution Channel Account Managers to drive operational results and optimize the customer and partner experience.
About You- You will have a first-level university degree or equivalent experience, and typically 4-6 years of related experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement or financial management.
- Able to identify sales enablement opportunities and develop action plans & processes to proactively address dissatisfaction drivers for customers and partners.
- Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation), with mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
- Manage the end-to-end operational business relationship for customer and partner accounts, acting as the single point of sales operations accountability and execution.
- Review agreements and contracts, implementing appropriate sales operations processes and solutions to drive operational results and optimize the customer and partner experience.
- Conduct and review highly complex operational analysis, and represent the customer/partner needs and provide business requirements to projects of moderate to high complexity.
