We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop accessible digital products and experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility is integrated into product development
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging accessibility trends and technologies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on accessibility
  • Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines and standards (WCAG, Section 508, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Portfolio that showcases accessible design solutions
