About the Role

As a Project Manager Support at Seso Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring a great customer and worker experience throughout the visa processing cycle.

You will be responsible for achieving and improving Worker-On-Time arrival, managing customer relationships, and handling expectations.

As a key member of our Project Managers team, you will provide support to our PMs by assisting with day-to-day tasks, mainly related to data entry, upload, and operational problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry / Data Gathering

- You will interact with multiple systems, including government websites and proprietary platforms, to enhance our operations.

- You will be responsible for consolidating data from different sources to effectively push operations forward.

Data Quality Control / Data Cleansing

- You will operate tools that clean data and verify errors, ensuring data is inputted on time, in the right format, and in a complete way.

- You will manage incomplete data sets and ensure data is collected on time.

PM Support

- You will provide support in tasks related to both preventive and reactive communication with our clients to set expectations.

- You will assist in tasks related to cross-communication within internal teams.

- You will monitor project statuses weekly, focusing on changes in requirements, lists, timings, and consular availability.

- You will assist in the preparation of project presentations and status reports.

Continuous Improvement

- You will contribute to the company's continuous learning and improvement by observing, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing feedback to PMs.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles in startups or other fast-paced environments.

- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

- Medium proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, or other data-related software.

- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
