About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team at WTW. As an integral part of our HR function, you will play a critical role in maintaining and administering colleagues' data, providing operational HR advice, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Accurate HR Records: Ensure that all HR records are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Offer administrative support to the HR function, including preparing reports, managing documents, and coordinating events.
  • Operational HR Advice: Provide expert HR advice to employees, managers, and stakeholders on matters such as employment law, employee relations, and benefits.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with non-compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in a busy administrative environment, preferably in an HR or related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize workload effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

About the Team:

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week.
