About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced recruiter with a passion for building high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, be adept at handling multiple tasks, and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of distributed recruiters and collaborate with leaders to define and execute the talent search strategy.
- Plan alternative recruitment scenarios and design innovative search practices to attract top talent.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve selection efficiency and effectiveness.
