We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Localization Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our subtitling team and providing effective guidance to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workflow Management: Develop and implement workflows applicable to the project and team, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.

  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal and external resources to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Team Environment: Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
  • Goal Setting: Set clear team goals and ensure achievement to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Task Delegation: Delegate tasks and set deadlines to appropriate team members, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

  • Team Meetings: Set team meetings to update internal and external resources on best practices and continuing expectations.
  • Performance Reporting: Make a comprehensive report about team performance, project volume, margin, profit, and loss.
Requirements
  • Performance Metrics: In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Organizational and Time-Management: Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Decision-Making: Decision-making skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Education and Training: A degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, G-suites, and Apple computers, with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Amenable to work in a shifting schedule and willing to work in a hybrid setup.
