Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the adequate administration, management of processes and Human Resources functions. Your primary focus will be on advising and facilitating the implementation and compliance of applicable Policies and Procedures to the staff. You will work closely with the HR area of each country or external personnel to manage first-hand the hiring process for Global Projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the recruitment, selection, hiring, and induction process
  • Promoting a good working environment
  • Coordinating hosting, food, and transportation services
  • Ensuring staff training and facilitating access to information and training
  • Staff Management
  • Supply and control of uniforms
  • Supply and control of computer equipment
  • Definition of travel expense policy
  • Attention to workers' union
  • Review of ethics cases
  • Accompaniment in staff resignation processes
  • Processing of work permits abroad

You will also be responsible for strengthening the relationship with the workers' union and maintaining a stable climate of labor peace, in accordance with company policies.
