About the Role:
The Supplier Enablement Analyst will play a critical role in onboarding and supporting suppliers on Ball's P2P solution, Coupa. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of supplier enablement, including catalog, PO, and invoice management, to ensure seamless integration with Ball's systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier enablement processes, including cXML, SAN, and CSP, to ensure efficient and effective integration with Ball's systems.
- Identify opportunities to increase adoption of Coupa and expand its use throughout the Ball supplier base.
- Administer and resolve day-to-day cXML system errors, ensuring minimal disruption to supplier operations.
- Provide training and support to suppliers as they transition to Coupa, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage supplier surveys and communications, ensuring timely and effective feedback.
- Develop and deliver KPIs to track and measure the overall success of the Supplier Enablement Program.
- Lead supplier enablement activities related to implementation and upgrades, including requirements definition, functional design, testing, training, change management, and cutover.
Requirements:
- Broad training in a related field, typically acquired through college or graduate degree level education or work-related experience in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of job-related experience in a supplier enablement position, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic business setting.
- Working knowledge of Coupa, ERPs (e.g. SAP, JDE), and MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and alignment with Ball's values.
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams in multiple countries.
- Ability to lead with ambiguity, think strategically, and problem-solve.
