About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team at Infosys. As a Java Developer - Infrastructure Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions to address vulnerabilities and ensure high application availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vulnerability Remediation: Identify, analyze, and resolve application vulnerabilities to ensure a secure and stable environment.
  • Performance Improvement: Redesign components to optimize application performance and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Monitoring and Alerting: Implement and improve monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect and respond to potential problems.
  • Transactional Growth: Make application improvements to support transactional growth and future demand.
  • Application Availability: Implement and improve programs to maintain high application availability.
  • Infrastructure: Evaluate and make changes or improvements to the infrastructure to ensure availability and performance with the volumes operated by the applications.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
  • Experience: Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker containers.
  • DevOps Tools: Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, and Github.
  • Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of agile methodologies, mainly Scrum.
  • Testing: Experience performing software testing, including UIT, SIT, UAT, Performance, and Security.
  • Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics.

Desirable Skills:

  • Configuration Servers: Experience with configuration servers for microservices.
  • AWS: Knowledge of AWS.
  • Kong: Experience with Kong.
  • API/Microservices Development Standards: Knowledge of API/Microservices development standards such as Hydrogen and Carbon.
  • Gateways: Experience with gateways for APIs/Microservices.
  • Spring Cloud: Knowledge of Spring Cloud.

Work Scheme:

We offer a hybrid work mode with a minimum of 60% of workdays in the office every week. You will have the opportunity to work in our office in Exportec, with the possibility of working in CDMX (Tecnoparque, Torre) or Toluca.
