**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing a culture of zero accidents in our division, ensuring compliance with applicable government standards and regulations, and driving continuous improvement in safety and environmental practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with government standards and regulations, including STPS, SEMARNAT, LFT, IMSS, and PC, related to safety and environment.
- Implement and maintain Parker Hannifin's EHS guidelines, including audits, reports, and information systems.
- Develop and implement accident prevention actions through analysis of EHS metrics and propose improvements to safety and environmental practices.
- Conduct audits, prepare reports, and deliver EHS training programs to ensure a culture of zero accidents.
**Requirements**
- 5 years of experience in safety, hygiene, and environment.
- Bachelor's degree or industrial, mechanical, or related engineering. Specialization or master's degree and/or advanced courses in safety.
- Knowledge of ISO 14000.
- Experience in training plans and course delivery.
- Experience in management of civil protection programs and security systems.
- Desirable notions in ISO systems applicable to Parker Hannifin plants.
