About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in presenting and selling our vacation ownership products to guests.
Responsibilities- Prepare for each sales presentation by ensuring proper dress and grooming.
- Adhere to standard work hours and greet each guest in a warm and friendly manner.
- Use approved presentation and support materials effectively to present our products and services.
- Achieve individual performance guidelines within established time frames and contribute to achieving overall site revenue goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests as specified in training and direction of management.
- Maintain the highest level of company and competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.
- Discuss terms and conditions, incentives, points, and product pricing with customers.
- Effectively gain commitment from guests to purchase our products and services.
- Bilingual fluency (English-Spanish) is a must, as well as availability to work flexible schedules.
- Vacation ownership sales experience is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service orientation, positive disposition, excellent verbal/written skills, and work standards are essential.
- Multitasking, follow-up, building business partnerships, attention to detail, thriving on ambiguity, and openness to differences are key qualities for this role.
As a Sales Executive at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you can expect a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on your location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
