**Unforgettable Moments: A Lighting Manager Role at Club Med**

We're seeking a skilled Lighting Manager to join our team in one of our resorts in Mexico, Caribbean, or Canada. As a key member of our entertainment staff, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless lighting operations and contributing to the overall success of our live shows.

**About the Role**

In this seasonal fixed-term contract (3-8 months), you'll work closely with our entertainment team to develop new lighting concepts, manage inventory, and maintain equipment. Your expertise will be essential in creating engaging and memorable experiences for our guests.

**What You'll Do**

• Set up and install lighting equipment for events and shows
• Maintain and clean all lighting materials, ensuring they're in top condition
• Collaborate with the entertainment team to create captivating lighting designs
• Source and procure new lighting materials as needed, working closely with our purchasing department
• Develop and implement efficient lighting systems to enhance show quality and reduce costs
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as required
• Work with our technical team to resolve any lighting-related issues that may arise

**The Ideal Candidate**

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 2+ years of experience in the live shows industry, preferably in a resort setting. Your expertise with Grand MA lighting systems is a must. You should possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to lead a small team and communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
